Little Man

So while I am working and going to the different events what does our Matthew do? He gets to stay home with Scott, a priviledge that he enjoys as the age difference between him and Alex have really created some interesting mornings or insights over movie or tv programs.
This has helped Scott and Matthew get to know each other better and learn ways they can help each other. They have learned to play wii without too much fighting and have worked through Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Star Wars, I see Lego Batman in our near future.
Matthew is in second grade and is doing well. He is making his way through the Magic Treehouse series and any Scooby-Doo book he can get his hands on. His favorite books going into this school year were the I Spy series. I am proud of the progress he has made in his reading and trying to help him be as successful in his math as well. I do have a feeling he will keep me hopping through all his school years as well, with both sports and music programs. He already loves any time he can spend in the band room, and choir may hold the same fascination with him.
This summer I am going to try to get Matthew into some soccer or baseball camps, and definitely get him to Grace Ranch more often for some horseback riding.
Well, Matthew is in agreement to what I've been typing, I let him read it over my shoulder while I was typing it.
Time for us to finish watching "The Pacifier."
Good Night,
